Performance Direct was formed in 1995 and is the general insurance division of Grove & Dean, a family run financial services organisation based in Romford, Essex. The Company employs over 150 people, all based at the newly constructed signature building, ‘Tollgate House’, located at the east end of Romford Market Place.
