    You cannot contact them. You can only leave a message and wait for them to call back. I sat by the phone on a number of occasions and was never called back, or just missed calls and had to rejoin teh queue. They claimed that my e-mails of complaint had been put in the junk folder by mistake.
    All the wrong documents sent out and I then started to receive letters and text messages tellign me I wasn’t fully covered and my cover would be canceled unless I responded. I had paid in full but was unable to contact them.
    Customer serice was a disgrace.
